Trauma is not just an event—it’s an experience stored in the nervous system, shaping how we respond to the world. Healing begins when we learn to regulate that system and reclaim a sense of safety within ourselves.

About Me

Welcome! I’m Meagan, I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Colorado and offer in-person sessions to adolescents and adults as well as telehealth sessions for anyone in Colorado. As a native to the Gunnison Valley, I understand the uniqueness of growing up and living in a rural community. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, non-judgmental, and person centered. Together, we will identify goals and work towards them collaboratively.

With nearly ten years of experience supporting children and adults through trauma and life transitions, I incorporate a trauma-informed approach in all aspects of my practice. I understand firsthand how trauma can profoundly impact and reshape one’s life. Supporting individuals who have experienced diverse forms of trauma is not only my expertise but also my passion.
